Refill & vessel care

Our stone vessels use a heat-resistant sealant, a method we have tested with the vessels. This does not mean a vessel cannot become hot or damaged.

• Before the first use: Check that your Melt Therapy vessel is clean, dry and free of cracks or chips. Place the refill in the vessel before lighting it.
• Placement: Set the vessel upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything flammable. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
• After heating: The vessel may be hot. Let the flame go out and allow the vessel to cool completely before touching or moving it.
• When to stop: Do not use a cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged vessel. Stop using it if you notice damage after a burn.
